This Walk is a stroll through Regency Christmas. As daylight fades,
shop windows glow and lights twinkle.
Did Caroline of Brunswick, the Prince Regent’s official wife start the tradition for Christmas trees in England? When and what was Stir Up Day? Where can you see the Magi, the 3 wise men, in Brighton?
Brighton dresses up for Christmas and puts on a fine show. I'll show you the special sights, some suprises, her fine Regency architecture and tell you the stories behind the walls.
A touch of magic, a hint of gossip but above all, a lovely walk at this special time of year.
